I qualified as a Level 2 ‘Exercise to Music Instructor’ in 2004 and have been teaching various group exercise classes for more than 14 years.
In addition to my fitness qualifications, I am a Registered Exercise Professional (REPS member). Fully insured through Insure4Sport and Enhanced Disclosure checked.
Classes have varied from Health Board run Guid Fettle classes for over 50’s, Stretch ‘n’ Tone classes, aerobics (hi/lo), Body Toning, Kickboxing and After School Clubs.
I have worked closely and delivered various classes for Scottish Borders Council, NHS Borders, Eildon Housing and various Primary & Secondary Schools introducing Zumba into the P.E curriculum.
In my spare time, I am a member of Galashiels Ex-Service Pipe Band and enjoy playing at Gala Days and Festivals and also playing at Weddings, take a look at www.facebook.com
